Sunday, a woman was shot dead by her husband following marital disputes in the Istiqlal suburb area in Amman, according to a spokesperson of the Public Security Directorate.

The spokesperson said that the woman's body was transferred to forensic medicine, the husband was arrested and investigations are currently underway.
